Noe has led the PLM Operations and Strategy team at Facebook since 2015. Before Facebook Noe was at Hewlett-Packard in a similar role supporting PCs, Laptops and all retail products. Noe also worked at Agile Software prior to the Oracle acquisition. PLM operations at Facebook has deployed an enterprise level PLM solution driving up user adoption and data quality while decreasing cycle times.
