Implementation Process Road Mapping - Effectivity

IpX will work with business stakeholders to map each step a change must go through from Ideation thru to implementation (including for fielded products). As part of this exercise, we will do a walk through the PLM, ERP and integrated lifecycle tools to understand tasks and

timelines associated with each task as well as discuss variability in timelines due to product complexity and commodity type. This will allow the organization to more effectively plan out change implementation strategies that best meet the needs of the business.
