Enterprise Change Assessment (ECA)

In this workshop, IpX will work with business stakeholders to define or enhance the customers Enterprise Change Assessment process with the development of entrance and exit criteria for ECA projects, clear definition of roles

and responsibilities for ECA members, and the creation of a customized change impact matrix and costing model that allows the organization to capture the full scope of change at the product line level, across product lines, and at the enterprise level.
