How did your career journey lead to change and configuration management?
After working on the manufacturing floor running a pick and place machine, I accepted a position of Change Coordinator for a company and was hooked with configuration management.

What was your introduction to CM2?
My introduction to CM2 started when my manager at the time had gone through the training and wanted the company to implement CM2.

How has CM2 been beneficial to your career growth?
It has enabled me to develop non-siloed processes for configuration management.

What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
I am currently working on a couple of things, communication, and process engineering skills to help implement CM2 processes at my company.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?
My husband and I like to visit different breweries with family and friends to sample craft beers.

What do you do for fun?
I enjoy designing my own quilts, machine embroidery and watching classic movies.
