Sub-Zero Group, Inc started the journey towards Integrated Process Excellence in 2014. Since then, significant progress has been made within the organization to utilize the CM2 principles and create the infrastructure for the future. The objective of this presentation is to highlight the items that have helped us the most in our journey and where we are headed next.
