Embracing Change – Be Quick, But Don't Hurry

As a leading global provider of customer solutions, Woodward has nearly one-hundred and fifty years of innovation; from the earliest water-wheel governor to thelatest generation of cutting-edge energy management and control systems, we have a strong legacy of quality and customer focus. Our CM2 journey to this point has been slow, with a focus on building relationships and demonstrating value in a culture that rewards a type of “rugged individualism” combined with “The Woodward Way”. As we enter our fifth year of activity, we are readying our newest facility, Rock Cut Campus, to implement a CM2 closed-loop change process. This presentation is intended to provide a look into our journey to date; with an emphasis on how we have, or have not achieved the required culture changes needed to be successful with CM2, and Integrated Process Excellence; and, what we think that that future holds.
